Fanchai Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to fanchai. This platform is operated by fanchai Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as "fanchai", "we", or "the platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of our platform, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and fanchai. This document, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific guidelines published from time to time, forms the entire agreement between both parties.

Fanchai reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of material changes will be sent to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

2. Member Eligibility

3. Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

Each individual is only allowed to hold one account only at fanchai. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, IC number, or payment method is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. fanchai reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity (KYC process) at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Details of the payment method used
• Any additional documents required by the regulatory authority

The KYC verification process is typically completed within 24 business hours. Once verified, your daily withdrawal limit will be automatically increased and full access to all platform features will be granted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Activities showing signs of fraud, manipulation, or money laundering
